Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and agreements concerning the rental of the Naturchalet as well as all additional services provided to the guest.

2. Conclusion of contract

By submitting a booking request, the guest makes a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement.
The contract is concluded upon written booking confirmation (via email) by the host.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices are per accommodation and per night, unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms:

  • Deposit: 15% of the total amount within 14 days after booking confirmation
  • Final payment: at least 3 days before arrival
  • For short-term bookings, the full amount is due immediately

Payment is made by bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

4. Tourist tax

A mandatory tourist tax is charged in addition to the accommodation price.
This must be paid on site in accordance with local regulations.

5. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

Different times are only possible upon prior agreement.

6. Use of the accommodation

The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons stated in the booking.
Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.

The guest agrees to treat the property and its furnishings with care.

7. Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • up to 3 months before arrival: retention of the deposit
  • up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • no-show: 100% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

8. Cancellation by the host

The host may withdraw from the contract if:

  • force majeure or other circumstances beyond control occur
  • the booking was made with misleading information
  • justified reasons make the stay unreasonable

Payments already made will be refunded in full.

9. Liability

The host is liable within the limits of legal provisions.
No liability is assumed for items brought by the guest.

The guest is liable for damages caused by themselves or their companions.

10. Pets

Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.

A surcharge of €30.00 per night and per dog applies.

The guest is liable for any damage caused by the pet.
Other animals require explicit approval.

11. Non-smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted throughout the chalet.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed solely for booking purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

13. Legal reporting obligation

According to Italian law, guest data must be reported to the authorities (police/ISTAT).
Guests are required to provide the necessary information.

14. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Italian law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the host, where legally permitted.

15. Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
